Thanks to our chefs, you can enjoy exquisite dishes without leaving Siurana.
Rafel Muria, awarded a Michelin Star, oversees the creative direction, offering a gastronomic proposal that blends tradition and innovation with locally sourced products. The daily operations in the kitchen are managed by Pau Escriu, the chef of our restaurant, who brings a wealth of experience from kitchens such as El Racó de Can Fabes, Mugaritz, and El Barandal. The passion of both chefs for cooking and their deep knowledge of the region are reflected in every dish.
