Rafel Muria, awarded a Michelin Star, is responsible for the creative part, offering a gastronomic proposal that fuses tradition and innovation with local products. The day-to-day running of the kitchen is in the hands of Pau Escriu, chef of our restaurant, who brings the extensive experience acquired in kitchens such as El Racó de Can Fabes, Mugaritz and El Barandal. The passion of both for cooking and their deep knowledge of the territory are reflected in each dish.
