In case of cancellation within 5 days of arrival date a cancellation fee of 20 % of the total booking cost will be applied.

- Days before your arrival we will send you an e-mail so that you can check in online. On the day of your arrival we will send you a security code so that you can collect your room keys which we will leave in an electronic box at the hotel entrance. The hotel staff will be on the Terrace from 6pm to 11pm for anything you may need.

- Check-out is until 11:00 a.m.

- Breakfast hours: from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
- Dinner hours: from 8:15 p.m. to 10:15 p.m.

- Parking: All guests must park their vehicles in parking lot 1, and the cost is €3 per day.

Important information: The village is not accessible by car because it is a designated Historic Heritage Site.
The distance from Parking 1 to the hotel is approximately 120 meters on foot, with very little lighting, as this is one of the villages on the territorial map without light pollution.
Therefore, we recommend coming during the day and wearing comfortable shoes.
